How Much Does NYSC Registration Cost?
To register for the NYSC program, you should budget approximately ₦5,000. The NYSC registration fee is ₦3,000, while an additional ₦2,500 can cover assistance from a cybercafé if needed.

NYSC Registration Requirements
For NYSC registration, locally trained graduates will need the following documents:
- Statement of Result (B.Sc. or HND)
- School ID Card
- Recent Passport Photograph
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- COVID-19 Testing Verification Slip (NCDC RDT)
- Medical Report for any pre-existing health conditions
Additional Documents for Married PCMs:
- Marriage Certificate
- Proof of Name Change
- Spouse’s ID (national ID, passport, etc.)
- Employer’s Letter from Spouse
Required Documents for Foreign-Trained Graduates
Foreign-trained graduates must provide both original and photocopies of the following:
- Degree or HND Certificate (no online printouts)
- Official Transcript of the first degree/HND course
- Marksheet (for Indian university graduates)
- Secondary School Certificate (WASC, GCE, SSCE, NECO, etc.)
- Minimum of Five Credits including English and Mathematics in no more than two sittings
- Foundation Certificate if completed a top-up program (e.g., APTECH, OND)
- Health Professionals Documentation: Licenses and certificates for relevant health professionals
- Nigerian International Passport showing:
- Entry visa to the country of study
- Date of first departure from Nigeria
- Dates of return to Nigeria
- Data pages of all passports used during studies
Graduates with dual nationality should upload data pages for both passports and present them for verification.
How to Register Via the NYSC Registration Portal

- Go to the NYSC registration portal via www.portal.nysc.org.ng

- Thumbprint and capture biometrics.
- Upload a passport photo on a white or off-white background.

Important Notices for Foreign-Trained PCMs
